Aujourd'hui, KOEI TECMO Europe et le développeur Omega Force, en collaboration avec TYPE-MOON et Aniplex Inc., ont annoncé que le premier DLC de leur action RPG, Fate/Samurai Remnant, est désormais disponible sur PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Nintendo Switch™ et PC Windows via Steam®. Le DLC Vol.1 Record’s Fragment: Keian Command Championship ajoute de tout nouveaux éléments narratifs ainsi que de personnages contrôlables à l'ensemble, alors que les Masters et les Servants s'associent pour concourir dans le tournoi ultime contre certains des plus grands combattants de Fate.
Dans Record’s Fragment: Keian Command Championship, le patron de Babyloni-ya convoque les Masters et les Servants dans une arène mystérieuse, où il annonce soudain le début du Keian Command Championship. En plus d'Iori et de Saber, les joueurs pourront contrôler les autres personnages, y compris Rider nouvellement jouable, leur permettant ainsi de vivre le tournoi sous différents angles qui n'ont pas été représentés dans l'histoire principale. Entre les matchs, les joueurs découvriront de nouvelles cinématiques et en apprendront davantage sur les personnages. De plus s'ils parviennent à remporter le tournoi, les joueurs pourront débloquer une séquence de fin unique pour chaque équipe.
En plus des sept équipes déjà participantes, un nouveau Servant rejoindra le Keian Command Championship : le Divine Spirit Ibuki-Douji. Selon l'équipe que les joueurs choisissent d'incarner, ils pourront également contrôler directement Ibuki-Douji et se battre pour la victoire. Une fois que les joueurs auront rempli une certaine condition, ils pourront recruter Ibuki-Douji et le patron de Babyloni-ya en tant que Servants Rogue dans l'histoire principale.
Fate/Samurai Remnant est disponible à l'achat en éditions Standard et Digital Deluxe. L'édition Digital Deluxe comprend le jeu de base, un artbook et une bande son numérique. Elle comprend aussi le Season Pass de Fate/Samurai Remnant qui comprend trois DLC et un objet bonus, « Hallowed Relic Sword Mountings ».
La DÉMO de Fate/Samurai Remnant est également disponible sur toutes les plateformes. De la rencontre entre le protagoniste, Miyamoto Iori, et son Servant, Saber, jusqu'à leur premier combat contre Rider et Lancer, cette version comprend des actions palpitantes alors que l'équipe explore la ville d'Asakusa.
