PLAION REPLAI, éditeur et développeur mondialement reconnu dans l’univers du rétro gaming, et ATARI, l’une des marques les plus iconiques du jeu vidéo et du divertissement numérique, sont fières d’annoncer le lancement mondial de l’ATARI 2600+ PAC-MAN Edition, une version réimaginée de la console classique, prévue pour le 31 octobre 2025. Ce nouveau produit célèbre également la collaboration historique entre ATARI et Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc., créateur original de PAC-MAN.
En hommage à la romance vidéoludique qui a vu PAC-MAN arriver pour la première fois sur les consoles de salon via l’Atari 2600, ce nouveau modèle adopte le style emblématique du célèbre personnage. Pour enrichir l’offre, une gamme de joysticks colorés sera également disponible séparément.
Cette collaboration se décline à travers une offre variée destinée aux fans d’Atari et de PAC-MAN, comprenant :
- L’Atari 2600+ PAC-MAN Edition : cette toute nouvelle version de la console emblématique se pare du jaune caractéristique de PAC-MAN et arbore des icônes lumineuses à l’effigie des personnages. Le pack comprend également la cartouche de jeu « PAC-MAN Double Feature » ainsi que le joystick sans fil PAC-MAN CX-40 (jaune).
- La cartouche « PAC-MAN Double Feature » : cette cartouche deux-en-un comprend PAC-MAN 7800, une version inédite inspirée de l’arcade, ainsi que PAC-MAN 2600, la toute première adaptation du jeu sur console de salon.
- Les joysticks sans fil PAC-MAN CX40+ : disponibles séparément en cinq coloris inspirés des personnages emblématiques du jeu : jaune (PAC-MAN), bleu (Inky), rouge (Blinky), rose (Pinky) et orange (Clyde).

L’ATARI 2600+ PAC-MAN Edition et les joysticks sans fil PAC-MAN CX40+ seront disponibles en précommande à partir du 23 juillet et seront commercialisés à compter du 31 octobre 2025. La cartouche « PAC-MAN Double Feature » fera quant à elle l’objet d’une sortie séparée plus tard dans l’année 2025.
